Postage and Packaging Costs

No matter how many items you purchase, Famjoy will cover the postage and packaging costs for shipments within Mainland UK.

Please note that for the following postcodes, orders will be delivered on Tuesday: BT, TR, PL, EX, IoM, TD, ML, KA, EH, G, KY, FK, PA, PH, DD, AB, IV.
Please note that express delivery to the following postcodes is always within two working days: HS2, KW16-17, PA61-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-44, ZE2-3.

Shipping Clause for Specific Postcodes

For the following postcodes, an additional shipping charge of £26.40 per unit, with VAT included, will apply:

BT, TR, PL, EX, IoM, TD, ML, KA, EH, G, KY, FK, PA, PH, DD, AB, IV, HS2, KW16-17, PA61-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-44, ZE2-3

This shipping cost will be automatically added during the checkout process.

Note: For bulky products or those fulfilled directly by our suppliers, additional delivery charges may apply. Please refer to the product description or basket page for further details on shipping costs.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed before 2:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Tuesday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Our delivery dates vary depending on whether our suppliers need to deliver stock to our warehouse after you have purchased. You will find the delivery date for each sale displayed on the sale and product page, and at the checkout stage.

Items available to us right away will be delivered to you within 2-4 days. When it will take longer, the delivery dates are made clear throughout your order journey.

Please note that if you have ordered items from one or more of our sales, we will automatically split ship your order if certain items become available before others.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your parcel. All returned items must be unused, with labels intact, and in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. Loss and damages on orders must be reported within 5 days to be validated for a refund. Unfortunately, due to how we manage stock in our warehouse, we are unable to offer exchanges.

Return Options:

  • The cost of returning items will be borne by the customer, unless the product received is incorrect, damaged, or faulty.

How to Return:

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@silvaragems.co.uk with your order details and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions.

Please note: We will process your refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your return.
